I read this free report after I tried several ways to lose weight and like Terry Newsome most didn't work and than I found what did work actually upset my entire electrolytes system. Don't feel bad we all have tried one or the other ways and either it didn't work OR we lost interest in the methods or they were way to costly. Right? I went on a 600 calorie diet and had to use DHEA creams and another cream plus B12 with amino acids injections. The entire diet cost $1200
